• What do we need from to get started?

We need a copy of your logo, in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF). If you only have PNG, JPG file then contact us before placing an order.

• How long does an animation project take?

We like to complete animation projects between 1 – 2 days. Some projects may take longer due to the complexity and revisions.

• What types of material do I receive?

Upon final approval, you will get: Basic Package - 2 to 10 Second Animation Video (720p) in mp4 format. Standard Package - Full HD (1080p) Video including Background Music + GIF file. Premium Package - 4k Resolution Video + Video with Transparent Background + AE Source File.

• What software do you use and can I edit files myself later?

We use Adobe After Effects with other tools for most of our animation projects. If you own this software you can certainly edit the source files that you’ll be getting from me.

• What if I don’t like the logo animation?

We make art which is to each person’s taste. If for some reason our work isn’t to your satisfaction, we will redo the project.
